
Why communication is key
At every stage of the project, it is crucial to have smooth and transparent communication. As a consequence, our delivery consultants invite all project stakeholders to the relevant channels. Simple Task articulates its internal communication around key tools: a ticketing system, a content management platform and an online chat (such as Skype).
We aim to deal with every request one by one and focus on the resolution. If a client expresses a certain level of business urgency, our delivery consultants will prioritize the request. At Simple Task, we are ready to go through official escalation loops. However, our objective is to limit these situations and discuss tickets as soon as they are identified.
